Gravify Personal Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern your Gravify account, one-time purchase, licence, and use of Gravify Personal. The provider is Andrea Tosi, an individual based in Milano, Italia and operating Gravify (“Gravify”, “we”, or “us”). Contact: andreatosi.info@gmail.com. Address: Via Edoardo Bassini 54, Milano, Italia.
1. Eligibility and personal use
You must be at least 18, able to contract, and use Personal primarily for personal or household relationship organisation. It is not licensed for employment, recruiting, customer management, workplace monitoring, commercial prospecting, covert surveillance, stalking, harassment, spam, or unlawful access.
2. What Personal is
Personal is standardized, paid, self-hosted software for understanding relationships, time, priorities, and commitments. The purchase does not buy consulting, coaching, custom development, a human secretary, or a managed service. Depending on the release and configuration, the software can provide contact and relationship records, interaction timelines, memories, open loops, reminders, calendar and workflow assistance, local imports, analysis, export, and deletion tools. It is not a medical, psychological, emergency, or professional advice service. Its outputs are aids; you remain responsible for decisions and communications.
3. Account and local-data boundary
The online account is used for sign-in, payment, licence state, legal receipts, supported releases, and one-Hub activation. It does not receive, store, back up, remotely access, recover, or remotely erase your messages, relationship records, private notes, avatars, imported media, connector credentials, or assistant context. Those remain on the Personal Hub you control.
Canonical workspace content stored by the Personal Hub—including message bodies, relationship records, private notes, and imported media—is not currently encrypted by Gravify at the application layer. Its protection at rest depends on your operating-system account and access controls and on any device or full-disk encryption you enable.
You are responsible for securing the hardware and operating-system accounts you use, installing supported system and container updates, controlling physical and local access, maintaining suitable backups, and securely erasing local data when required. Gravify cannot protect an offline Hub against access to hardware you control. These responsibilities do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Licence
A completed purchase grants a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the version purchased on one active Personal Hub, with unlimited client devices controlled by you and unlimited personal contacts. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, share among unrelated people, redistribute, offer it as a hosted service, bypass licence controls, or reverse engineer it except where mandatory law or an applicable third-party software licence permits.
5. Price and delivery
Gravify Personal costs €23 as a one-time payment. While the limited Early Supporter offer is enabled and capacity remains, the same Personal licence costs €12.99 once. Both prices include applicable indirect taxes handled by Stripe Managed Payments. There is no trial, subscription, or automatic renewal. Checkout shows the final applicable total before payment.
Early Supporter is not a different software edition and grants no additional product features. Andrea Tosi may close it or set its customer limit for future Checkout sessions; a Checkout already created keeps its displayed price until that session expires.
After payment is confirmed, supported downloads and Hub activation are delivered through your account; no physical item is shipped. The purchased version remains licensed permanently. Updates and standard email support are included for 12 months from purchase.
6. Payment and Merchant of Record
Eligible purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are identified at checkout as Sold through Link. Link acts as Merchant of Record for the covered transaction and handles payment processing and the taxes, transaction receipts or invoices, transaction support, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks within its service scope. Andrea Tosi remains the Gravify software provider and licensor, responsible for digital delivery, product support, conformity, privacy, and obligations outside Link's documented scope. Link presents its buyer terms at checkout.
7. Refunds, withdrawal, and consumer remedies
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase by emailing andreatosi.info@gmail.com. Gravify does not rely on immediate digital delivery to remove this stated right. Any clear withdrawal or refund statement is sufficient; optional model wording and the full procedure are on the refund and delivery page. We aim to submit eligible requests to the Merchant of Record within five business days; your bank controls the time until funds appear. A successful full refund ends the licence and online entitlement. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Offline use and inactive licences
Initial activation, a replacement Hub, licence recovery, and product updates require an internet connection and a successful licence check. After activation, the purchased version may continue working offline without a time limit. A full refund, lost dispute, or another authoritative inactive state takes effect on that installation at its next successful licence check. Gravify cannot remotely erase or disable an installation while it is disconnected.
Before first activation, or after an authoritative inactive result, Personal returns to its licence-activation screen and normal product use is blocked until an active licence is confirmed. This licence gate is separate from the Hub address or network used to reach it. We do not remotely erase local relationship information when a licence becomes inactive; removing those local files remains under your control.
9. Updates and support
Updates, supported downloads, necessary security corrections, and standard email support are included for 12 months from purchase. When that period ends, the purchased version does not stop working. A later paid update offer, if any, requires a separate choice and payment. Supported systems and material limitations are published on the System requirements page.
10. Optional connectors
Connectors are optional, may run separately, and can depend on third-party services, terms, and technical behavior. Unless expressly stated, a connector is not endorsed or authorised by its third-party service. Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to control.
The optional WhatsApp compatibility module is dormant by default and is not required for Personal. It is not an official WhatsApp or Meta product. Before activation you must accept its dedicated notice and choose relationship-metadata or full-history transfer. You may deactivate it. Third-party changes or enforcement can interrupt it or affect the connected account.
11. Lawful handling of other people's information
You must have a lawful basis to possess and use the information you place in Personal. Do not publish or commercially exploit other people's messages or images, secretly monitor people, or systematically infer or exploit sensitive traits. Human communication remains yours: Gravify may prepare it, but an outgoing message requires your explicit approval.
12. Availability and changes
Local hardware, external providers, and account services can fail or change. We do not guarantee that every connector, historical item, avatar, or third-party platform remains available indefinitely. We may change or remove functionality for security, privacy, law, abuse prevention, compatibility, reliability, or third-party enforcement. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict the account or licence for a material breach, account sharing or resale, compromise, prohibited surveillance or messaging, security or legal risk, or a lawful authority request. We will give notice and a reasonable chance to remedy where appropriate. You may stop using Personal at any time. Closing the online account does not erase data on hardware you control.
14. Intellectual property and liability
Gravify's software, interface, documentation, designs, and marks remain owned by or licensed to Gravify. Third-party components retain their licences and ownership. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, product liability, mandatory consumer rights, or unlawful personal-data processing. Subject to mandatory law, we are responsible for direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach.
15. Privacy, term changes, and law
The Privacy Notice explains online-account processing. For a material terms change affecting an active paid licence, we will provide advance notice on a durable medium where required. Italian law governs these terms, but a consumer keeps mandatory protections of their habitual residence and may use any court available under applicable consumer law.
